TomTom WORKsmart Pricing

RouteSolutions is an official TomTom Business Partner and therefore can offer their WORKsmart solution.  The TomTom WORKsmart solution offers special hardware, for instance the 'Pro' series that is required to offer the additional WORKsmart features that aren't available with standard retail devices.

The TomTom WORKsmart system has two costs:

There is a one-time hardware cost at the onset.  The hardware costs depend on the fleet size and the type of equipment desired (all-in-one, or wired solutions).  Please contact us for additional information. TomTom WORKsmart also has a monthly data plan that covers the sending of data to/from the vehicles.  Cost per-vehicle for the data plan is roughly $1 per day.

Because WORKsmart offers turn-by-turn navigation, driver tracking, and maintains the stop sequencing from our product line, you can typically realize 10% cost savings the day the system is turned 'on'.
