A: I'm Aaron Geiger. I am the IT Manager for Access Courier. Access Courier is a Courier/Distribution company based in St. Louis, MO. We have been in business for over 22 years and service the entire Midwest.
RSI: How did you learn about StreetSync?
A: I learned about StreetSync after seeing a link to RSI on the Internet. I contacted RSI and arranged for a web demo. After seeing the demo and doing a test run with real data, we immediately purchased StreetSync.

A: I installed StreetSync ... in under 15 minutes. In about 30 minutes I had already built routes for 15 vehicles using actual data from a bid that we needed to address.

A: StreetSync has provided us with powerful tools to analyze and manage our distribution network, including what-if scenarios, dynamic re-routing, and fleet optimization. StreetSync has also been a very powerful tool when quickly analyzing bids and RFP's.
RSI: Have you noticed any measurable benefit from the fleet activity itself?
A: For each RFP we have analyzed with StreetSync, we were given the current routing structure. On each run through StreetSync, mileage and time were reduced, making our bid a cost effective and accurate proposal. We have also seen significant mileage/time reduction in our current route structure.
RSI: Do you feel that StreetSync has paid for itself via the benefits described above? What was the expected time period for your return on investment?
A: StreetSync paid for itself in 1-2 months time, as we were able to secure several RFP's with its use, as well as optimize our current route structure.

A: I would highly recommend StreetSync to similar companies. The primary benefits of the program are its ease of use and flexibility. StreetSync makes it easy to analyze RFP's as well as optimize existing route structures.

A: Not very long at all. It is very user friendly.

A: I no longer have to try and route over 100 locations a month by looking at a map. I can just put the addresses in and it's ready to go. Simple. It saves me a lot of time. We hired someone part time to help me out before I purchased StreetSync. We no longer need that part time person. I have been able to save the customer data and my routes change all the time. I just pull-up the customers on the route and I am done!

A: Yes.

A: I would quit my job - I don't want to go back to manually routing things again!

A: After over 23 years of routing truck deliveries daily the hard way, maps calling for directions, etc., I knew there had to be a better way. I attended a GE delivery (Deliveries, Inc. is a delivery agent for GE Appliances) meeting and ... I thought there must be a cost-effective program out there that can work for a small to medium-size business such as ours. So I headed for the Internet and found the RSI website.

A: StreetSync has saved Deliveries, Inc. no less than two hours per day in management time. An untold amount of time and cost of calling customers for directions, and ended the frustration of routing each day.
RSI: Have you noticed any measurable benefit from the fleet activity itself?
A: Our overtime costs have dropped by more than 70%, fuel usage is down 11% and the frustration factor for our drivers has diminished greatly.
RSI: If your organization now had to suddenly carry-on without the application, what do you think would be the negative impact?
A: Costs would rise, service would suffer and my drivers would revolt. StreetSync has spoiled us all!

A: Initially you had talked to me about a two-year return on investment. I believe that your product has already (in three months) paid for itself within our operation.

A: I have told our regional manager of my success with your product and at the next regional meeting I have been asked to present your product to the agents at the meeting. The primary savings are time, fuel, mileage and frustration.

A: You have a great product here and the support is unmatched. I am a fan of your system and I will tell all I know about how it has worked for me.

A: Analyzing operations data for efficiencies and alternative solutions to existing problems. Heavily involved in growing the business into different markets and industries. I use StreetSync to model possible distribution solutions for customers, what-if scenarios and possible changes to current operations due to change of scale.

A: We have definitely escalated our capabilities in terms of our ability to engage large-scale bids that could not have been done accurately with previous basic mapping or Excel scenarios.
RSI: If your organization now had to suddenly carry-on without the application, what do you think would be the negative impact?
A: Without StreetSync, we would lose our visibility into current routes being run and possible scenarios that were being planned. It would require many additional man hours to create these type of route plans manually, and without StreetSync, you'd only be able to view things in incomplete pieces.
RSI: Do you feel that StreetSync has paid for itself via the benefits described above? What was the expected time period for your return on investment?
A: Yes it has in regards to man hours on the projects that I've undertaken.

A: Yes, the primary benefit to a similar company as ours would be the visibility the product provides in terms of multiple route planning and modeling, what-if scenarios, etc.
RSI: Did you look at competing products to StreetSync? And if so, why did you choose StreetSync?
A: I looked at several options, most systems run 5 to 10 times the price of this StreetSync solution. For a small-medium size company, StreetSync has allowed us the capabilities and basic variable changes for a fraction of the cost of competitive systems.
RSI: Do you have any additional comments or questions?
A: One thing I rant and rave about is the top-notch customer service I have received; before purchase, during purchase, and after purchase. I have worked with one Routing Consultant named Anja Bolten and she has insured that any question, problem, or advice given was well handled. Every interaction I've had with RouteSolutions was completely satisfying. The product team was accessible, and responded immediately and clearly communicated methods to assist me with solving unique challenges. Where else does customer service work non-stop to help you even after your purchase?! Very few companies I have ever interacted with have provided the support, timely response, and full company-wide involvement that RouteSolutions has. I swear, they never sleep.

A: I was searching the internet and making inquiries with companies that were mostly geared for larger operations than mine. (RSI) offered a medium-range product which they referred me to. Through lengthy conversations with an extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable representative at RouteSolutions, I was convinced StreetSync would be a good investment for my company.

A: By maximizing route efficiency I have been able to reduce the number of drivers I use. Because I am able to export estimated arrival times for each stop, I can let customers know when we will most likely deliver to them with reliable accuracy, which is reassuring for our clients.

A: Yes. Drivers' costs and time are reduced because of reduced miles, but drivers are particularly happy with the detailed strip maps and turn-by-turn maps I am able to provide them. This keeps drivers, especially substitutes, able to adhere to their delivery schedules.
RSI: If your organization now had to suddenly carry-on without the application, what do you think would be the negative impact?
A: The amount of time it takes to prepare routes and maps would be increased dramatically, not allowing me enough time to prepare my drivers as well, increasing the number of mistakes, delaying delivery times and upsetting clients.
RSI: Do you feel that StreetSync has paid for itself via the benefits described above? What was the expected time period for your return on investment?
A: In terms of time saved; it has paid for itself. Before, I barely had time to sleep and decision-making was hindered by my fatigue. Now that I can produce routes quickly and accurately I intend to take on more delivery projects and expand my business. By the end of the year, I expect (StreetSync) will have paid for itself, monetarily, a few times over.

A: It is a huge time saver. You can make informed decisions quickly and confidently so you can increase productivity and revenue.

A: I manage routing solutions for Disaster Recovery events. StreetSync made a 6 hour, two managers job into a 20 minute, one manager task.

A: Yes, all of the above.

A: Definitely a reduced overtime amount. Driver satisfaction is still in the works. The event we sell them is 'safety'. We know where they are (supposed to be) and when. During an event that's monumentally important.

A: Hours and hours of management efforts and longer hours in the field by the drivers.

A: StreetSync paid for itself after the first use (event).

A: Of course not!!! StreetSync is our edge! Would you like to share your programming with your competitors? Having said that, I would be happy to recommend StreetSync to adjacent non-competitive industries - and have done so.

A: Jeff Rhea, General Manager, Fashion Fresh Dry Cleaners. I'm responsible for the day-to-day operations at our company. StreetSync has increased overall customer satisfaction and reduced our dependency on a specific driver. We can now control our routes. StreetSync has also reduced our training time as well as our total delivery drivers' payroll.
RSI: How did you learn about StreetSync?
A: Google.

A: Prior to StreetSync we depended on our delivery drivers to arrange their routes in an efficient way. When our route manager drove one of our routes we would have overlaps and inefficiencies. We now control our routes we are no longer dependant on our drivers to arrange their routes. We can also see an estimated time of travel for each route. We closely monitor the drive time StreetSync says it should take to drive a route and the actual time a driver takes. Our drivers now know we have an estimated travel time so, they are returning from their routes sooner. We have been able to reduce our training time for new drivers. A new driver only needs to ride along a couple of times the existing driver and with the turn by turn maps they are able to complete their route the first time out.
RSI: Have you noticed any measurable benefit from the fleet activity itself?
A: Yes, we have reduced our over time to almost none. I would estimate we save about 10% each week. I would say one of the biggest benefits we have experienced is customer satisfaction. Our drivers no longer miss stops.

A: Loss of control!

A: Yes, better control and cost reduction.

A: Bill Abbott - President - Fit Fresh Philly, LLC. My main responsibility is to maintain and increase the profitability of the company. Street Sync has been an outstanding way of integrating a core competency that we previously had to outsource to a vendor.

1. The ability to "insource" our delivery function which was
previously outsourced to a vendor.
2. Increased efficiency of route times, labor and productivity.
3. Faster implementation of delivery changes, easier location of
reporting through a user friendly database.

A: I have my fix. Don't take it away from me now...
RSI: Do you feel that StreetSync has paid for itself via the benefits described above? What was the expected and actual time period for your return on investment?
A: Without question. We've saved 40% on direct delivery
operations costs due to blending administration resources with
StreetSync.
Before implementation, our margins were getting crushed and now we
are back to normal operating margins.
Our time to recoup investment was about 2 weeks.

A: If the company is a competitor, no--because I want the secret to be mine. If they are not a competitor, then yes, I would. Primary benefit is improved operations and profitability.
RSI: Do you have any additional feedback for us?
A: StreetSync was manna from heaven. 10% of cost and all the bells and whistles we need for multi-vehicle routing. In addition, immediate ramp up with minimal training = less time investment.
Added to that: outstanding, free, on-call tech support is IMPOSSIBLE
to put a price tag on.
Finally, a 30 day trial to test it out with no risk had me sold in about
a half a second. Absolute no brainer for those in any business who
value efficient logistics at a nominal cost.

A: Now that we have routes set up it is a snap updating the routes as needed. I can tell you that I feel confident that we are giving our field staff a tool that will help them to be more productive. This software allows us to create the routes and to update them easily.

A: Maria, HomeWatch, Inc. - Office Manager. We are property managers for 300 houses. We use the software to create inspection, mowing, snow plowing and gutter-cleaning routes.

A: RouteSolutions was able to create a custom report for our business, it has been really great. The option of being able to tweak the reports is great also. The reports are easy to use and easy for the drivers to read.

A: Everyone likes the benefits of the software. I would not like to imagine that! (not having StreetSync) No thank you! StreetSync has made us more efficient as a whole. Previously we'd created routes ourselves. I have had a great experience with RouteSolutions! I am happy to recommend StreetSync and I am very pleased with the program.

A: Grayson Gilbert, Huebsch Services, Route Coordinator. I supervise, manage and support our route specialists in effectively running their routes. StreetSync allows us, as a company, to see more effective route layouts. With multiple drivers in the same delivery area we were able to determine accurately who should be taking these stops to avoid overlap and build better routes quickly. StreetSync overall helps in my job of letting me see the big picture due to the large volume of stops we have.

A: Because of the large volume of routes and customers the install (and transfer) process took approximately one week.

A: We have seen areas where quick reduction and improvement in mileage were possible, drive times improved, and we were more efficient in customer management.

A: (Without StreetSync...) The ability to have the information available so quickly. The system allows us to do what-if scenarios that we couldn't do otherwise.

A: I would recommend this product. I see the primary benefit of this product being the ability to manipulate and obtain information quickly. This program allows you to make changes and see what they would do without having to actually do them first.

A: An Internet search.

A: Installation and practice routing was extremely simple. It took maybe a couple of hours to get a good feel for the process and that included uploading all of our customers' data.
RSI: Have you noticed any measurable benefit from the fleet activity itself?
A: With our old routing system, it was difficult to combine stops and modify routes. With StreetSync, our routes are easily modified, so much so that we are saving one delivery vehicle and one driver per day.
RSI: If your organization now had to suddenly carry-on without the application, what do you think would be the negative impact?
A: It's obvious to us that our delivery costs would increase. Trying to judge delivery miles and times would be difficult if not impossible without StreetSync.

A: Initially, our expectations were to recover the costs in about 90 days, but realistically, it's been under 30 days.

A: I would recommend this product to other similar companies unless they were in direct competition. (You shouldn't give away all your secrets!)

A: Boyd Honeycutt, Mosquito Squad of Charlotte, NC. Owner. I use StreetSync to route 20 to 35 stops per day between 3 vehicles.
RSI: How long has StreetSync been installed and in use at your location?
A: Eight months.
RSI: How long did it take you to install StreetSync and to build your first real-world routes?
A: It only took a few minutes to load the software and it is very easy to use.
RSI: Please tell us about any measurable benefits you've realized from the program within your back-office or fleet operations:
A: In my case it has saved me at least 2 hours a day in administration time. It has definitely (lessened) miles driven, which relates to gas savings. The time it has saved me has more than paid for the software.
RSI: If your organization now had to suddenly carry-on without the application, what do you think would be the negative impact?
A: Additional time and money would be the cost for me.
RSI: Would you recommend the product to companies similar to yours, and if so, what in particular would you stress to them as being the primary benefit they would discover?
A: Yes, I own a franchise and I have already recommended it to other franchise owners. Again, I think the time savings and the money savings in fuel costs are most significant.

A: Charlie Picard, Rhode Island Lottery, Supervisor. Rhode Island Lottery sales reps are routed to the lottery retailers.
RSI: How long did it take you to install StreetSync and to build your routes?
A: Installation was 30 minutes. We started with building sales routes and it took about 1 week to make all the changes and learn how to use the program. All (optimized) routes were up and running within two months.
RSI: Please tell us about any measurable benefits you've realized from the program within your back-office or fleet operations:
A: We originally had 9 routes each using a 10-day cycle plus we had to use inside Lottery employees to delivery our new instant games. We were looking into a courier service to assist with deliveries also. By using StreetSync we were able to cut 8 of the 9 sales routes from their original 10-day cycle down to 8-day cycles. The 9th sales route was cut down to a 6-day cycle. This has freed-up time for the sales reps to delivery new instant games every three weeks. They also can visit their top retailers on their off-days to ensure they have all our best Instant Lottery products.
StreetSync has reduced mileage by realigning the routes. One of the previous challenges was in taking vacation days, thanks to StreetSync sales reps now don't have to worry about getting a substitute rep to allow them to take a vacation day.
RSI: Would you recommend the product to companies/agencies similar to yours, and if so, what in particular would you stress to them as being the primary benefit they would discover?
A: Yes, because of the man-hours I saved from using StreetSync it has already paid for itself. Really all it takes is one person who knows the program to plan everything now.
